My Lifx bulb supports dimming, so using the Wemo interface isn't ideal. I added basic support for the Philips Hue interface (although I've only tested it with one bulb) and got dimming working. I don't know that I'd merge this in its current form, but it scratches my itch.

The current implementation ends up providing a separate emulated Hue bridge
for every bulb. Split out the concept of bulbs from the concept of listeners
in order to allow grouping to be implemented.
